Allocate 10% of your income to be spent on other people, so that when the opportunity presents itself, you can give without a second thought.

The guy with a 90% savings rate, but is lacking the true assets that come from friendship.

- lunch meeting with friends
- tipping waiters
- donating to good causes
- investing in gifts for my young brothers
