TL;DR

Whom am I speaking to? Who is this going to help?

My Practical Experience

My Mind Dump.

Overhearing a conversation happening next to me.

A young girl is having trouble working as a restaurant server.

Honestly, working at a restaurant almost seems like a hell sentence.

  • customers come in with a demanding and presumptuous demeanor

Everyone feeds “socially awkward”. Every has an ideal plan in their head, “oh, working at a restaurant will fun. I’ll be able to socialize and work with people”. Nope, more like you will be continuously stressed with people’s needs and constantly need to overcome self-hate narratives.

Wouldn’t it be great if we acknowledged people more often?

How does this opinion explain how the world really works in a way that accurate, wholistic, and realistic?

Given your thoughts and opinions, what practical actions can we take?

Thanks for the advice, now how can I practically put this to use in a simple way for daily execution?
