TL;DR

Pay attention to how people respond to your behavior, and adapt accordingly, if you wish to continue working with them.

Whom am I speaking to? Who is this going to help?

The fixed-personality guy who is the “same” person with everyone, yet is not able to fit in anywhere.

My Opinion

different people have different levels of insecurities.

If you are loud, brazenly sarcastic, and audacious around people with a meek and quiet temperament, you may be offended by your lack of consideration for peace and harmony.

If you are quiet, observant, and reserved towards people who are loud, outgoing, and enthusiastic, they may be offended by your judgment and seemingly prude superiority.

The point is, if you want to wear different masks around different people, it would be wise to learn the dynamics of what makes people tick and others close off.

Given your thoughts and opinions, what practical actions can we take?

Pay attention to how people respond to your behavior, and adapt accordingly, if you wish to continue working with them.
